I was very disappointed with The Bistro at Le Chocolat du Bouchard. HOURS: Please See Website Or Call For Hours.

The rest of lunch was equally delicious and the sampler desserts were to die for--love this place!Hoping the kitchen was just having a bad day, but with only 2 tables filled (ours of 6; another or 2+ a toddler), our lunch took 40 minutes to arrive, 1 salad was incorrect salad, and items were forgotten, which we had to ask for, and were brought relatively timely fashion. We have tried 4 of the new crepes and they are all delicious!

We agreeCreamy blended layers of chocolate and caramel cheesecake with a thick layer of caramel, toasted pecans, and chocolateSimply decadent and sinful layers of chocolate cake and topped with chocolate and, oh yes...decorated with chocolate.
When we finally just got up and were leaving, we passed the hostess station where 2 young women were deep in conversation and too busy to even ask how everything was. Lunch served Wednesday through Saturday from 11am-3pmDinner served Wednesday-Sunday from 5pm until close I would hope you change your menu onlineService was slow, but the food was excellent. Our server was excellent, and very attentive. there were only two other people dining in the restaurant and I had to hunt down the waitress just to get a glass of water which she never refilled and on multiple occasions had to find her so we could order or pay because she was talking to other coworkers.Food and atmosphere was nice but the service leaves much to be desired. Reservations are taken for Lunch and Dinner only! Do not recommend. The dining experience on the high seating was amazing! Try our Wine Pairings, Chocolate Martinis, and our Specialty Hot Chocolates. Thank you!Love the new dinner menu! A definite go to place for date night. We were sat per our reservation, but the service was very poor. Our Bistro features a French-American inspired menu with classic Paris ambiance.

Our waitress at first was overl They offer wine pairings, charcuterie platters, crepes, seafood, and classic French entrees such as Beouf Bourguignon, … My wife had a salad for an entrée, and in addition to being very good, it was very large. We were told by the manager that the kitchen was backed up due to preparation for the next day. We will definitely go back when we’re not watching our weight!
We went a bit early - 5:45 - and while it was not very crowded when we got there, it was fairly full when we left. For desert you have the entire offering of the chocolaterie as well as some creative beverages. Treat yourself today!Scoops of vanilla ice cream topped with homemade caramel, pecans and hot fudge. Their wine flights and dessert flights are amazing!A chocolate shop with a kitchen that produces some excellent crepes. Very friendly wait staff but several errors that were corrected. It's quaint, cute, and has a large selection of artisan desserts. A great place for anyone who LOVES chocolate!Le Chocolat du Bouchard is one of my favorite spots in downtown Naperville. I would be hard pressed to give a good recommendation, and doubly disappointed because we were looking forward to eating here.Terrible service, but we've gotten used to it here. Pricey for what it was and how long it took.service was terrible.
