Queuing can sometimes take upwards of 5 minutes, but with a quick matchmaking reset I get into a lobby quite quick.

Dec 12, 2019 @ 4:30am PINNED: Official Discord Server SLS_Ruth 0 Nov 16, 2017 @ 1:37am PINNED: [Rules and useful links] Welcome to Battlerite! Idk what I can tell but, this seems very very weird. Bought the original Battlerite, wont spend any dime on this one, going full free to play anyway later in 2019.

Plenty of games, like Everquest 1 or DAOC are considered "dead" but are still playable.Playerbase is dropping on and on, despite temporary spikes druring few first days of any given event. Yes.Just logged in today to try it and i can't find a game on 5 different servers for 10 mins+ as a new player..Should you invest time? sls_Liz 22 Aug 11 @ 11:21pm ... Why Battlerite is Dead, And Why it's OK Am or FMMMMMM 10 Aug 2 @ 3:46pm Blossom? But the direct cause of death was really the frustrations people had in trying to play competitively. 2600 hours of battlerite and i have to say that this is without a doubt the best game ive ever played. They claimed to have fixed it, but till last patch, the fastes way to get games was to ONLY select 1 server. By using our Services or clicking I agree, you agree to our use of cookies. We saw a rise in the number of Ashka in ranked to abuse this, that was truly annoying and they took sooo long to fix this. By that I mean no competitive or social media presence, no real hype, very few updates, terrible new player experience, etc.Doesn't mean you can't play the game though. I would also think there will be a large influx of players on release. Battlerite's action-packed gameplay returns in Battlerite Royale!

If you still feel the same about the game after 15 or so more hours i would recommend you to buy the all champions pack since that is how the game is supposed to be.With the player base being so low you often get rematches with the same players, especially at higher ranks, but i like that part of the game as well, getting to know the people you often play with and learning their playstyle is fun, i would definitely not want to get 5 complete strangers in every game. And the game wont die completely, there is a dedicated player base that'll probably never quit completely (despite all the complaints you hear from them), and new players slowly coming in.Officially they are still working on the game. Also, I usually get matches within 30 seconds, then at around 2:00AM EST it can take me around 3 minutes, which is obviously expected from the timing. I've played this game since it dropped in Early Access. For starters, there was no competitive scene for Battlerite. According to the roadmap there are still the tournament system, new arena hud and clan system to come. I do not consider a game to be dead unless I cannot find a match.

Bright 13 Jul 31 @ 5:47am Is it worth getting into this game? It's repetitive.Battlerite is a flat line at the top right at the top. Maybe you could buy the champion's pack on sale, but you shouldn't invest more than that. The game has many, many fans, however due to SLS's shockingly terrible ability to communicate and develop for the game, many have moved on. It is absolutely not dropping on and on.

And considering that I don't have any problems whatsoever with quee times. If you ever want to check if it is "dead" just check out steam charts and find out for yourself.Players want the game to be popular but they don't want the game to change. What Battlerite needs is game progression. Experience the unique combination of a top-down shooter with a fast-paced fighting game. Whilst Battlerite Royale may help Battlerite. I`m waiting in the queue for 15-20 mins to found a match, and the players i get matched with are ♥♥♥♥,both in ranked and casual. Spikes are lower and lower every time that happens. No direct contact from SLS. Also the people in this sub have been in the dead train for almost two years nowPeople have been saying this for over a year.

It's repetitive. That's because the gameplay is so shallow. All rights reserved. Do you guys think it'll die in a few months? Take on the fight alone or team up with a friend to prove your mettle.

No, it's not dead at all.

the people ive met and the fun ive had are incomparable to anything else, and frankly even though SLS has done an awful job at listening to what people want in the game, these last few updates feel like redemption. I fell in love with the art style and the gameplay straight away. Remember that Ashka bug when the Q appeared blue even if it's the enemy Ashka who used it. That is. Investing money, on the other hand, is definitely not the route you want to take.

As for deadness - I find games no issue until like 3AM, so no, not dead. © Valve Corporation. i still have fun even though the player base is low, i usually play casuals cause rank takes forever to que!Battlerite has had around 2k players the past 6 months or so its not really dying. They take too many time to fix things that need to be fixed.
