Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti (D) had previously said the city's curfew would be lifted Thursday if the city did not see widespread disturbances Wednesday night, according to the Times.

UPDATE (6/4): Los Angeles County has no plans to impose a curfew tonight, though cities within the county may enforce their own. More In addition, Garcetti has requested that the National Guard be sent in.The curfew has been expanded to the entire city to keep Angelenos safe.
