I ordered about 10 times total because I had some credits or they were offering free delivery.After referring a friend and neither of us receiving any credits after several orders (it was supposed to be $20 each), I complained again. The drivers don't see a customer's payment info but DoorDash does handle it directly. I will never, ever order anything through this service again. All of these driving delivery service mobile applications are one big joke with no direction except unprofessional service. We personally spoke with BWW and they tried to contact doordash but were on hold for over half an hour. Tried calling the the driver not once but many, no return call.

Tracking shows the restaurant is preparing the food, then shows the driver going to the restaurant to pick up my food then ORDER CANCELLED. You're screwed!Terrible. Man. We were both in same car, same distance to the restaurant, same traffic conditions, same weather conditions, same time to reach restaurant, same promotion....... Then how come order values change from one Dasher to another! They referred me back to the restaurant who told me I had to deal with door dash. Lg Sierra Mist and Dr. Pepper as drinks. This has happened 3 times. The first time I didn't get three drinks I ordered. They don’t care. That's definitely worth checking out if you get delivery weekly or biweekly.I've used DoorDash in Denver and Atlanta.

They are essentially "contractors" who pick up the order for you and deliver it to you.You might be apprehensive about DoorDash before you use it. Found it and went to 3 apartments til i found the right one if anyone else would of seen it who knows what would of happened to it .Took two hours to get my order then the driver said his app told him to deliverat 932 mine said 736 what a lier I ended up making dinner myself because it was so late. I wrote a whole review then the website deleted it.. just know they are not invested in you or their dashers. I will never order from them again and with the reports about these delivery services recently in the news I may not use the other companies the have this type of service.abysmal customer service, did not deliver order, marked as delivered. At this point, one exact week from the day I called DoorDash, I have received nothing from them. After an I give up tell them I want my money back they telll my they can’t put it back on my card so they give my doordash credits well no thanks to them knowing they didn’t have a driver when I put my order they made me wait an hour and now they won’t let me order anything else.
