In addition to being refillable, Pilot's The Better Ballpoint Pen is also retractable. They work pretty good. Sometimes I will give one to a friend and they, too, LOVE them! I love that they are all black ink. I like that the plastic is white, my co-workers have teased me, but they recognize the high quality "white pens" when they see them and comment "don't get caught using those pens!"
