Housekeeping doesn't come in your room if you stay more than one night due to Covid, but if you need anything you can just go to the front desk (or just call them), and they will bring it up to you! We're from MN but drove down to the cities for a few days to get away for a bit and because no one should be leaving their home states at this time. Karen gave us a great room on the 5th floor upon check in and always had a kind word to say when we saw her in the lobby, Ramon took care us whenever we needed something during the evening, and Jessica took care all of our needs during the day. The only part about our room I didn't like was the brightness of the lights in the closet and bathroom. This hotel is modern, clean, and green. In the past when we have stayed at this hotel brand they have beer and wine with hors d'oeuvres in the evening but they did not have this, most likely due to the virus. Again, Thank you. Parking is available for free in a lot or a ramp. Free parking and breakfast were a bonus. We did not use the pool or exercise rooms but they are open, and they only allow so many guests in at once.
