The rooms are very nice, upkeep is good and the housekeeping staff hard working. Lots of really good touches - White Company toiletries, bathrobes, real milk in the fridge, Apple Mac computer/TV, air con, iron and ironing board, filter coffee, Duchy Original bicuits etc.

Good location near Picadilly station - parking nearby is pricey but I am assured that they will have their own car park soon. I found it easy to use the computer which also functioned as TV, CD and DVD player.

Nothing special but very comfy bed and nice views of the city from the 10th floor. Regards Adam etc - you get the picture.

Very helpful staff and hotel is literarily next to Manchester Piccadilly station, so no worries about travel by train. The staff couldn’t do enough to help and were both friendly and warm. From AU$125 per night on Tripadvisor: DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester Piccadilly, Manchester. Hope to stay there again soon.We stayed at this hotel last night, it was great to be back. For those staying on business, access couldn’t be easier with Piccadilly train station a stone’s throw away and the bustling business district on the doorstep. Own or manage this property? Again really poor customer service from a over priced, over rated hotel chain. Regards Adam We stayed here for a long weekend, from the moment I booked were were offered a free deidicated parking space, our room was fantastic - city view room, breakfast was superb help yourself style with a massive choice of cereal, breads and cooked food. Bathroom shower was naff, clasps to hold the show head was that poor didn’t even hold the shower head. Friendly as always and getting to grips with social distancing. As there were 3 of them you wouldn’t expect to be waiting that long. I made use of an autumn special (£95) which was just perfect. For those staying on business, access couldn’t be easier with Piccadilly train station a stone’s throw away and the bustling business district on the doorstep. If you're looking for a parking space then it's available £20 on first come first serve basis if you look for outside but nearby parking space then it'd cost you around £16.50 so again the hotel parking is something I'd recommend along with the hotel. It does appear quiet at the moment but for ourselves perfect. Discounts also offered for parking nearby.
