Following a former career as a dentist, Bill trained as a human givens therapist, graduating in 2004. In the role of Associate Executive Director, Leigh is an administrator of two social service organizations delivering services in Youth Justice, Child Welfare and Children's Mental Health contexts. Using on-site training and web-conferencing technologies, Jim trained and supervised, specializing in Feedback Informed Treatment, Professional Outcomes and Accountabilities, Ethics and the Law, and Brief Therapies. Robbie has taught in the Faculty of Social Work, University of Calgary since 1982.

He works primarily with education programs for adolescents and adults within social psychiatry. He oversees the University's Clinical Mental Health Clinic and the statewide implementation of the early identification and treatment of psychosis (EASA) program in Oregon where feedback informed treatment is utilized. She has 17 years of experience, and currently serves as team leader for a program designed to help individuals recover after a first episode of psychosis. Bill became a certified CDOI trainer in 2008 and is a manager and senior supervisor with Relationships, Australia in Mandurah, Western Australia. She has primarily worked with teenagers with risk behavior and their families at Maria Ungdom in Stockholm where she has been involved in implementing Feedback Informed Treatment (FIT). He is also the lead editor for the upcoming book, Feedback-Informed Treatment in Clinical Practice: Reaching for Excellence, in press with the American Psychological Association Press.
